The HR portal is provided by GreenShades for Open Door Center employees that wish access their HR info online. Using this portal employees can:
- View/print paystubs
- Access Forms
- Update personal information
- Review ODC policies
Instructions
Please follow these steps the first time you log into the site:
- Go to the website: www.greenshadesonline.com/SSO/Employee/
- Enter the company code: ODC
- Then, choose the ‘First time here or need password help?’ option that is below the Login menu.
- In the first field, enter your first and last initial and the last four digits of your social security number (e.g. JD1234). Enter your ODC employee id number in the second field.
- Follow the instructions to set up your own password to this site.
