Celebrating over fifty years of service, the Open Door Center provides day, residential, and vocational services for individuals with disabilities including children and adults with developmental disabilities, adults with mental illness and people with a traumatic brain injury.

Day programs include Developmental Day Activity, Developmental Work Activity, Integrated Skills, Audio-visual tactile, and Supported Employment.

Residential Services offered are Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), Minimally Supervised Living Arrangement (MSLA), Transitional and Basic Care Services for People with a Brain Injury and Individual Supervised Living Arrangement (ISLA) for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness.

The purpose of our programs is to foster independence through respect, dignity of rights and encouragement of growth.
